for house rental only.
Event pricing varies based upon the number of guests and other factors.
1. In order to use our property for a wedding or other similar event, ie.
erect a tent for the event you must rent all four homes for a minimun of
one week in July or August or 4 nights in May, June, September, or October
or November thru end of April. Since the homes are booked sometimes
one year in advance, I suggest you make decisions VERY early.
We have made special accomodations for electricity to power all tent needs;
ie. heat or AC, lights, etc.
We have installed low lighting so your guests can park and walk safely at
night on the property.
We can arrange to have upgraded portable bathrooms for your guests.
We can arrange to have all refuse removed after the event.
We can arrange to get ferry tickets for all of your guests.
All bed linens and towels are provided at NO extra charge when renting the
homes for this event.
I will work with your caterer and tent company to insure "smooth sailing."
I will help you make all arrangements from flowers to furniture.
2. If you want to have a party for ONLY the people staying in the four homes, there is NO charge for the use of the property. No tent or catering company permitted with this policy.
3. The extra charge is $1000 per day for the event up to 75 people
attending that event. (minimum three days). Each 25 persons over 75
is $250 per day for the event.
The tent is usually set up one or two days prior to the event and taken down
the day after. That accounts for the three days.
All four homes must be rented by the host during this time period.
4. You may have to ask your guests to park off the property and then have
them driven to the event. This is a very simple process.
There is public parking less than one mile away. This may be necessary
if there are more than 30 cars going to be parked on the property.
I can arrange for a taxi company to shuttle your guests to and from your
event from anywhere on the island.
5. You and your caterer will be responsible for all event planning, set up and removal of tent, furniture and refuse. However, I will be completely and actively involved to help you have a great event.
