Welcome to Martha's Vineyard Vacation Homes on the beautiful and historic island of Martha's Vineyard. We have four modern homes located 1.5 miles from State Beach (Bend In The Road Beach) and 1.5 miles (click here for exact directions to our homes) from Edgartown Harbor on a serene country road.

We offer two identical 3 bedroom, 2 bath skylit contemporary homes and
one small 2 bedroom ranch:
all centrally air conditioned
with free wireless internet
and free bed linens and towels
free cable TV
free local and unlimited long distance phone service
From the beginning of July to the end of August each year we rent weekly from Wednesday to Wednesday. BUT! Call us some houses we rent from Saturday to Saturday in July and August especially if you already have ferry tickets for your car! Other months you pick the days of your vacation!! If you need a midweek to midweek vacation, just ask. Check in time is 4PM and check out time is 11 AM. All rates include utilities and local telephone and cable TV and free high speed wireless internet AND linens/towels.
Enjoy these three bedroom, two full bath skylit contemporary homes with beamed vaulted cathedral ceilings. Five skylights grace these homes with beautiful hardwood oak floors in living room, dining room, and hallway and throughout the bedrooms.
In the upstairs of the 3-three bedroom homes (access up an open pine stained staircase overlooking the living room) is a private master bedroom suite which features a fourteen by eighteen foot bedroom with venting skylight, king size beds, color cable TV with remote and VCR, clock radio, cordless phone and private bathroom and shower (with venting skylight) and loads of closet space.
The skylit living room is large, open, bright and airy with color cable TV, VCR/DVD, AM/FM stereo and two 8 foot long sleep couches. See color photos. Off the living room is a large sliding glass door which leads directly to a huge sun deck. The deck wraps around two sides of the house and is over 40 feet long and 12 feet deep with seating all around. All of our homes have enclosed / private and lighted outdoor showers.
The fully equipped skylit kitchen has a dishwasher, top of the line modern range, microwave, blender, washer/dryer, and more counter space and cabinet space than you will ever be able to use. We have Farberware pots and pans, and a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig Coffee maker.
The kitchen is conveniently located next to the skylit dining room and a huge twelve by forty foot wrap-a-round deck with outdoor table and chairs. The dining room has a solid maple/oak table with pedestal. The dining room table easily sits 8 adults.
Our four homes are located in a private wooded setting within two minutes of Upper Main Street in Edgartown, Massachusetts and Martha's Vineyard's famous bicycle path AND a marked nature preserve that leads down to Sengetacket Pond overlooking Nantucket Sound. It is 1.5 miles from Bend In The Road Beach (State Beach, Nantucket Sound) and about three miles from South Beach (Atlantic Ocean). These beaches are free with no parking fee.
