Hello Clif and Judy,
We love spending time on Martha's Vineyard and Clif's Hamblin Way home was perfect. Since we stayed in January, a short cab ride was all we needed to get downtown. In warmer weather, a short walk or bike ride will get you anywhere in Edgartown in no time. The house was just as described. The area was very peaceful which allowed for a great nights sleep. (The bed was comfortable as well) As with most of our stays on the Vineyard, we were out during the day exploring, spending small amounts of time at the house. The house was great for our three adults and with the big wrap around deck I imagine 4 persons would be very comfortable in the warmer weather as well. (As the weather was unseasonably warm, we did get a chance to stargaze a couple nights and it was beautiful. ) Although we didn't bring our dog this time, it was nice to know it was an option. We look forward to staying at one of Clif's homes again. Clif doesn't miss a detail, resulting in a pleasant stay. And last but not least, the prices are great for Martha's Vineyard!

We had a great time and the house was fantastic. The area was a short
drive to all the exciting spots on the island.
The kitchen set up was great as we were able to have thanksgiving dinner
in the home with turkey and all the trimmings.
The fact that they allow pets is a major plus. I can speak for my dog as
she had a great time on the island.

Hi Clif and Judy,
What an incredible location! Convenient to everything in Edgartown. The property
was in a beautiful, very private and quiet setting.
We loved the deck for outside grilling and dining. The home was very clean
and well equipped with everything we needed for
cooking and all of our other needs including a full and generous set of fine
linens. The owners were very attentive and organized,
supplying us with all the necessary instructions and information we needed
for our optimum enjoyment there.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan on returning next year.

Dear Clif,
Thank you for your support and for being so understanding. I really am
so nervous and stressed/freaked out. I am a land person and not a water person.
I hate boats and I get sea sick. I have lived in MA for 13 years and have
never attempted to visit the vineyard. I did not even show up in a relative's
wedding 4 years ago that was held in the vineyard. I guess being a Mom, we
will do anything for our children. Wish me luck.
Thank you again for walking me through everything. You are actually helping
me visualize things even before I arrive which is good. It lessens my anxiety.
You are very considerate. Thanks for the flashlight tip. I always carry one
inside my car. But since I am renting a car, I better put one inside my
bag.

Hi Clif,
Just wanted to touch base with you and make sure that we left the house in acceptable condition and that you would be willing to have us again. We had a wonderful time. I can't believe that we had such great weather and now it's snowing here this week. Go figure!

Hello Clif,
I just wanted to take a moment and comment on the vacation homes. Our large group had a WONDERFUL time. The homes were clean and comfortable, and exactly has you advertise them to be. We had everything we could possibly need for our week's stay, and the location is perfect. The children enjoyed the open yard space to play, and it was peaceful to retire to our own homes at the end of the day. We would definitely book again in the future, and would recommend you to anyone.

Hi Clif,
The house was great and the weather was quite nice during our stay. The house is a lovely house. We only used a few of the rooms but we loved to have all of the room and space although we used less than 40% of the house. In the past we were Block Island vacationers and we hated the tiny rooms at the B&B there and the water quality on Block Island was very bad (extremely hard water that left a nasty residue after showering along with a strong mineral taste). The water and water pressure appear to be excellent. The water tastes almost as good as the water here. It’s very hard to tell that it is well water. Since I am a property owner, I can give you some info about the house. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the house. We’ve rented many other houses and this one is definitely in A+ shape. We would definitely rent if/when we come back to the Vineyard.

I cannot speak highly enough of how perfect this cottage was for us. We were able to walk our dogs just down the road and wander in the woods, which they loved. The location was just perfect for exploring Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The cottage was immaculate, totally comfortable and spacious. We didn't even need to use the second floor, as there were just two of us. I will definitely go there again and would be happy to answer any quesitons that anyone might have.

We enjoyed our stay at 54 Claypit Road. Everyone commented that it was very tidy. Everything was in great condition. It was a pleasant experience, I would stay there again. Kerry
