This letter confirms your reservation at Martha's Vineyard Vacation Homes.

I have either received your credit card number and or check which confirms
your rental subject to our cancellation policy as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments and balance(s) due are non-refundable unless house is re-rented within one week of cancellation, (with written notice of cancellation only). Please make a special note that we do not accept check deposits or credit card deposits to hold a home. If we accept your credit card then you have rented one of our homes subject to the cancellation policy stated above.  All cancellations must be in writing.

Please print the following items from the internet:

Please print the entire lease; fill it out completely; sign it and send it back to me via
regular mail or by fax.  

A. Please note that all homes are NO-SMOKING!  Please be aware that extra charges may apply if you smoke in the home.

B. Please do not remove any cords, wires, or cables from the TVs/DVDs or attach other devices to them. Doing so could result in an appliance repair person to be hired to repair damage to the TV or DVD players at your cost.

It is important to send back, scan/pdf or fax (508-629-0098) all the pages of the lease to me:

You will find the address of the
house, the phone number of the house,
and the lease dates in a separate email from me.

Please make a copy of the lease and bring it with you on your vacation.
Your lease and all communication from me is your legal authority to rent the home.

If you are bringing a pet on your vacation, you must sign the pet policy and send it
back with your signed lease. If you are faxing ONLY fax back the last page which is the signature page.  Thank you.
